Bicycle locked on wet raiser pipe
Location：An apartment's multistorey carpark in Bandar Baru Air Itam ( Farlim ), Penang

This picture was captured by myself at my apartment's car park. I was shocked with the bicycle are locked on the wet raiser pipe which is for fire protection use.

Haha der person sked bicycle stolen mah, so he lock it lor.
