No Parking
Location："A" Hospital at Burmah Road, Penang

This picture was captured in a fire drill exercise.
Before the drill, the hospital security has give the instructions to all staff and visitor where their vehicle to park.
But, there still some Idiot ( sorry ! I don't know what to descript them in better ) didn't follow the instructions, some more parked their vehicle at the prohibit area.

Thank you so much for letting us all see so many of these type of photos...
Maybe this be an eye opener for those who didn't realise what they are doing...(their bad habits)..
