Location：Upper Penang Road petrol station, Penang
This picture was captured someday in 2005 when i walking around at penang road to snap some shot for my assignment.
I saw a bulldozer driver talking on his mobile phone while filling the petrol at the station there. Some more, the petrol station workers no one step forward to stop the driver.
From this, we can realize that our people ( Malaysian ) here are lagged of the awareness & knowledge of prevention for the tragedy or disasters happening.

This one is also dangerous...
I saw one news similar to this ..that is when one malay man was putting petrol into his car,the petrol caught fire,and the fire shoot to his sons,who were near by...wonder what he had on his other hand? a handphone too???
yalor... very danger leh..... if really happen fire.. sure tat guy die 1st
i once saw the worker himself use phone at the petrol station. damn!
What to do ? Our people don't want to follow the rules. Even the related enforcement officer are also act like "tidak apa" 1.
