Parking at wrong place
Location：Hutton Lane, Penang
This is a common bad habit of some driver here like to park their car at anywhere they like. This picture captured in 2005, the driver parked his car at the no stopping roadside and blocked the fire hydrant there.
This was not only a common bad habit, it was also a law offense to blocked the fire hydrant under the fire protecting regulations and road traffic rules.

like tat one lah... klang also sometimes like tat.... leave their car in middle of the road.... cause traffic jam.....
